Manon Chocololates are totally handmade, hand-molded hand-dipped in their workshop in Brussels. Each individual piece is created as if it were a jewel.

Manon chocolates are made with the highest quality ingredients using primarily chocolate, butter, creme fraiche, nuts, and minimal amounts of sugar: thereby producing a tastier, less sweet chocolate.

No preservatives or artificial flavors are ever used.Manon Artisans have created for us more than twenty varieties in the traditional Belgian manner: all of them beautiful in appearance.
There are such outstanding selections as Sputnik, Bouchon, Mokatine, Grand Huitre and Rose of Brussels (all pictured above) As you can see, each of these designs is a work of art.These superlative confections offer many unusual flavors and texture combinations. For example, the sputnik, a selection wich has become almost synonymous with the name Manon.
First a thin crisp, delicate cup is created. Creme fraiche is hand piped into the cup. A cone of bittersweet, orange buttercream and almond paste is formed than hand dipped in dark chocolate and finally dotted in 24 Karat Gold.

Manon is famous for their double interiors, only possible with handmade chocolates.
The Enfante de bruxelles is particularly fine example of a excellent taste and texture due to clear layering of creams, chocolates and flavors within the individual piece.

To ensure freshness, we import frequent regular air shipments from their workshop in Brussels.
