Poland
Composition of a fleet

There are two Polish fleet. The one of September 1939, destroyed by the German Luftwaffe and trapped in its bases. It ceased to exist after a couple of weeks. Only a handful of ships (destroyers and submarines) could escape to England.
The second one is manned by Poles fleeing their occupied country and joining France or England to continue the fight. On top of the escaped boats, the new fleet is made of boats loaned by the British (blue tinted on the diagram). After a gallant war, the second fleet too disappears. The ships must be given back while the men disperse, often into exile.
