Label: Voiceprint - Cat No. VP281CD
Some of this CD comes from a MOTHER GONG coast to coast U.S. tour
in 1991, mainly solo, with supports to Big Brother and Holding
Company and Bob Dylan. In Denver, they met Tom Burns, well-known
jazz connaisseur with a jazz emporium and record label,
Tapestry who put out this album in U.S.A.. Both from the
tour and the studio (Spring Studio, Melbourne), the tracks
were culled from improvisations, or in MOTHER GONG speak.....
"spontaneous compositions", generally woven around
the atmospheres of Gilli's poems.
