Repeat of the previous class O. Because they became topheavy, the 4.7" guns were replaced by 4" ones. The eight units of this class were launched in 1941 and five sunk before the end of the conflict, among them the Paladin, the last of the 153 British destroyers lost during the war. The las survivor of this class was scrapped in 1967.
