Seedopp

This program will take you to a file selection dialog or accepts
a file name as argument on the command line.

Then, the buttons with a satellite doppler logging are made sensitive,
and pressing the button show the passes to select.

For passes lasting several hours, a horizontal compression mode will be implemented.
