built on a 3700m2 plot set on a hillside with beautiful view on the countryside.
Villa nº 1 (180m2 – left side) – The
lounge/dining area is well furnished and has TV, stereo installation, video, ecological
fire and the French doors are leading to a covered terrace, the country-style kitchen is
equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, French door leading to a small
terrace.
2 bedrooms of which 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and 1
twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This villa is for rent during the all year.
Villa nº 2 (270m2 – right side) – The
lounge/dining area is comfortable and well furnished and has TV, stereo installation,
video, ecological fire, open fire and the French doors are leading to a large covered
terrace. The spacious kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing
machine. Two double rooms with en-suite bathroom. The first floor, a mezzanine, is an
office/bedroom with a one-person bed + a one-person slide under bed, small bathroom. The
French doors are leading to an open terrace. This villa is for rent only in July and
August.

the Serra do Bouro, approximatively 3 km from the beach of Foz do Arelho, 6 km from Caldas
da Rainha, 10 km from the bay of San Martinho do Porto and the medieval city of Obidos, 80
km from Lisbon, 15 km from the Praia del Rey golf course.
Small shops and restaurants in Foz do Arelho. Supermarkets,
restaurants, cinema, … in the thermal town of Caldas da Rainha.

CASA SOONI is a detached house and is part of a residential development overlooking the
Obidos lagoon, close to the village of Nadadouro and the Foz do Arelho beach.
CASA SOONI 1 – ground floor – 5
persons - consists in a spacious
living/dining room, with satellite TV, video, radio, a separated kitchen with oven,
microwave, fridge, washing machine, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, another
bedrooms with 3 x one-person beds and a separated bathroom.
CASA SOONI 2 – first floor – 2
persons – consists in a kitchen/dining room (frig, micro-wave, electric oven, cooker,
washing machine, toaster, coffee maker) French doors are leading to a large terrace with a
beautiful view on the Obidos lagoon. Sitting room has bamboo furniture, national TV, CD
and tape player. One double bedroom and a separate shower room.
Garden is surrounding the house. Car can be
parked in the property.
CASA SOONI is situated approximatively 3 km
from the beach of Foz do Arelho, 7 km from Caldas da Rainha, 10 km from the bay of San
Martinho and Obidos. 80 km from Lisbon and 20 km from Golf course.

| Quinta da Charlotte –

Though the quinta might be described as an
idyllic honeymoon cottage, deep in rural Portugal, and away from it all, it is in fact
modernised and sleeps four people and a baby in comfort. There is a huge double-bedded
room upstairs and a twin bedded room off the lounge and if required there is a bed settee
in the lounge that can be made up for children to sleep on. Baby cot is available.
The rest of the accommodation comprises a
large lounge (TV, video), dinning room, fully tiled and fitted kitchen (frig, electric
kettle + washing machine), bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and toilet. The water is
heated by a solar panel situated on the roof but there is also an electrical immersion
heater back up (switch in box in lounge “elec.cynor”) reaching a peak in the
late afternoon. There is sufficient hot water storage for several generous baths.
Within the courtyard is a covered barbecue
area with a typical Portuguese oven. An assortment of patio furniture is stored in the
shed through archway.
The garden has a fig tree, peach trees and
an olive tree as well as flowers borders.

Casa O Meu Sonho is situated in the
residential area of Salir do Porto, a few minutes walk from the beach and a few kilometres
from the Bay of San Martinho.
This lovely villa has a launch (TV)/dinning
room, two double bedrooms and a another little bedroom with one double bed, separate
bathroom with toilet. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, frig and coffee machine. The
washing machine is outside, near the swimming pool, in a separate room.
Garden at the front of the house, swimming
pool at the back of the house. Garden furniture and barbecue at your disposal.
Small shops, cafés and restaurants in Salir
do Porto. Supermarkets in Caldas da Rainha (10 km). Salir do Porto is about 80 km from
Lisbon airport.

Vivenda Natalia Cristina is situated in the
residential area of Salir do Porto, a few minutes from the beach and a few kilometres from
the Bay of San Martinho do Porto.
This lovely little house is built at the end
of the garden, behind the main house.
The garden and barbecue are at your
disposal. The owners living in the main house will be happy to offer you the vegetables of
their garden.
Vivenda Natalia Cristina has a small
entrance hall, a launch/dinning room with kitchenette (cooker, oven, frig/freezer, coffee
maker and washing machine). Two double bedrooms of which one with private toilet. Separate
bathroom with toilet.
The stair is leading you to a terrace
overlooking the bay and the surrounding country.
Small shops, cafés, restaurants are in
Salir do Porto. Caldas da Rainha, at 10 km, is offering you a large choice of supermarkets
and boutiques as well as its park and museum.
Lisbon airport is about 80 km from Salir do
Porto.

Casa das Pedras is situated on the
edge of the village of Sao Gregorio, 15 minutes of the thermal town of Caldas da Rainha
and about 30 minutes of the beach of Foz do Arelho.
The lovely and well-furnished apartment is
situated on the first floor of the house and has an independent entrance. The owners, very
discreet, are living on the ground floor. From the terrace, facing the south, you have a
wonderful view from the surrounding countryside and valley.
The apartment has two double bedrooms, each
with 2 one-persons beds, a sitting and dinning room with wood fire, kitchen-corner with
frig, cooker, coffee machine, toaster and washing machine, a bathroom.
Garden level, there is an enormous game room
with pool table, darts, etc… settees, table and chairs and a small laundry room with
washing machine and dryer, TW and sink. This room leads you to a big open terrace with
garden furniture and the large swimming pool (5 x 10 m) with under-water lightening,
spring water and a beautiful garden.
A lot of nearby activities : a 18 holes golf
course at Praia del Rey (Obidos), tennis courts at the Park of Caldas da Rainha and of
course a lot of cultural activities and historical places. Different guides of the
surrounding towns are at your disposal. The countryside offers a lot of walking
possibilities.
If you like the Portuguese wine, the owners
will offer you the delicious area wine.
